What’s worked for me as a female entrepreneur in this industry has been to make the quality of me being a female be something that is an asset to my clients. It isn’t that being female is better in this industry, but I think there is a broad acceptance of the fact that the female voice is important to its future. Now is the time that this industry and this plant need the female perspective and the female touch more than ever. At its core, cannabis is a female plant, and it’s a female product. The benefits of cannabis are so well suited for our demographic and that is a huge way that I have seen a lot of females have success in this space.
