Introducing the Future of Cannabis Retail

A consortium of cannabis companies takes on the important task of marketplace education

Educating the marketplace about cannabis is a team effort, and a consortium of leading cannabis companies are taking that on: literally.

Recently announced in Adweek, nine cannabis companies are banding together to launch the “Future of Cannabis Retail." Those companies are listed below.

In the Postmodern-created video that anchors the campaign, the narrator highlights the evolution of the marketplace from illegal and illicit to legal and hi-tech and full of opportunities for legitimate businesses. In addition, the campaign will feature an exhibit, website, and a social media campaign.

The microsite, at https://www.trybaker.com/futureofcannabisretail, offers new cannabis companies an opportunity to join the movement, watch the video, and read social media posts about the campaign. The consortium had a major presence at the MJBizConNEXT conference in New Orleans on May 9.

Baker CEO David Champion summed up the collaborative effort to Adweek:
