Washington State to Overhaul Cannabis Rules

Washington state is looking to make changes to the state’s cannabis rules according to a report by Marijuana Business Daily.

According to the publication, proposals could include social equity licensing, home delivery of medical cannabis and “allowing the smallest growers to increase the size of their operations to become more competitive.”

The state is not currently issuing new cannabis licenses, though some have been surrendered, according to the publication.
