Overall, 11%—or over 3 million adult Canadians—plan to take their love a little higher this year.

As we approach the first Valentine’s Day since legalization in Canada, Lift & Co. this month asked Canadians if they will incorporate cannabis into their plans with their significant other.

Key findings include: --At 17%, British Columbians represent the highest proportion of Canadians planning to consume cannabis with their partner on Valentine's Day; --Millennials (age 18-34) are more likely to use cannabis with their S.O. this year with 22% saying yes, compared to just 12% of Gen Xers (35-54) and 3% of boomers (55+) --Men (13%) were only slightly more likely than women (10%) to give cannabis as a gift this season.
